The Fixia Promise
When you hire an expert, your money is held in our Secure Escrow Wallet. The Artisan sees that the job is funded, but they cannot withdraw the money until YOU click "Job Complete."
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancel before the Artisan has departed for your location for a 100% refund.
If the Artisan is already on-site, a mobilization fee (₦2,000 - ₦5,000) will be deducted to compensate for their transport and time.
2. Non-Performance by Artisan
If an Artisan fails to show up or cannot complete the job to the agreed specifications, the Customer is entitled to a 100% refund of the escrowed amount.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement regarding work quality, our Support Team will act as arbitrators. We may request photos/videos of the work before making a final decision on fund release or refund.
